What Happens After The Minimum 8-Week Membership?
Your weekly membership will continue as a ‘weekly roll-over’ infinitely, until cancelled.
Does My Weekly Membership Fee Increase, Or Will It Stay The Same?
Your weekly membership fee stays the same infinitely. No increases will take place - unless you cancel and re-enrol later. All new enrolments will be charged at the current going weekly membership rate, which may increase over time.
Can I Put My Membership On Hold?
No. Memberships cannot be placed on hold. All memberships are classified as either ‘active’ or ‘cancelled’.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
After the minimum 8-week membership period has passed, memberships can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice by emailing [email protected]
Is It Possible To Upgrade Or Downgrade My Membership?
*Upgrading your membership to VIP is possible anytime. Once the upgrade is complete your existing Silver/Red Rose Membership will be cancelled.
*Downgrading your membership from VIP to Silver/Red Rose Membership is possible after your initial 8 weeks is complete. Your downgraded membership will be set up on ‘weekly roll-over’ without a new 8-week minimum.
